As part of my MSc in Marketing Management at EDHEC Business School, I had the chance to do my final year internship as Assistant Brand Experience Project Manager at Pernod Ricard France.
As part of the Brand Experience team at Pernod Ricard France, my role was to assist the team in managing and creating events for the Group's various brands.
- Participating in strategic recommendations for experience activation programs.
- Creation of events, from concept definition to local implementation.
- Operational management and organizational follow-up of events.
- Management and monitoring of promotional items allocated to the various brands.
- Recruitment and supervision of technical teams and animators.
- Budget monitoring and operations review.
- Interface with suppliers, service providers and agencies.
- Participate in drafting agency briefs and internal presentations.
- Competitive intelligence, inspiration and innovation benchmarks.

I had the chance to work on several extraordinary activations: The opening of Chez Suz'ie embassies in Paris, Lyon, Hossegor, and Nantes; Creation of a prescribers' dinner for the Aberlour brand; Coordination of 13 group brands at Paris Whisky Live, the world's biggest spirits tasting event; Coordination of the Tastes By Mumm multi-sensory tasting event in Val d'Isère.
