From 28 June to 31 July 2019, I completed an internship at the Philips company located in Suresnes (92). During this internship in the Marketing department, I was able to take a special interest in the Café part of the brand and in particular the promotion of it on the Tour de France 2019.
In addition to enriching my knowledge, this internship allowed me to understand the incredible influence and organization of the Tour de France and its partners.
My training on the Tour de France consisted mainly of taking care of the coffee machine park as well as the departure village of the Tour.
My internship master being Head of Coffee Product, I was able to learn in excellent conditions the different types of products, marketing strategies as well as the management of the range.
This internship was therefore an opportunity for me to perceive the influence of a multinational company during an annual sporting event.
